Financial Associate

Location: On-site full-time in Mississauga, Ontario, Monday through Friday

Salary: CAD 50,840–59,350 annual base salary, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Work closely with Investment Advisors to help manage investment portfolios.
• Engage directly with high-net-worth clients, provide support, and improve the client experience.
• Identify business opportunities and assist with developing investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
• Build relationships through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.
• Support the growth of client networks and future business opportunities.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location, with a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Current accreditation and good standing as a Registered Representative with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization Investment Dealer.
• Experience in financial services and/or the brokerage industry.
• Working knowledge of various quotation equipment.
• Client-focused communication, business development, analytical thinking, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.
