Financial Services Representative (Banking)

Location: On-site full-time in Montreal-Pie IX & Jean-Talon, Montréal, QC, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple nearby banking centres and during evenings or weekends may be required.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions involving cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, and networking activities.
• Connect clients with relevant banking specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, goal orientation, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Availability for banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
