What you will do

• Investigate workers’ compensation claims, including coverage issues and potential subrogation.
• Manage medical issues and schedule timely appointments.
• Work with the Team Manager to identify claim red flags.
• Keep claim files accurately documented and up to date.
• Ensure medical payments are issued appropriately and on time.

Requirements

• Pass required state licensing tests and complete ongoing education credits to maintain licensure.
• Become proficient in workers’ compensation statutes for assigned states.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently across different systems and programs.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard PC applications.
