Field Claims Representative (Insurance)

Location: Virtual Wisconsin with field assignments in Wisconsin and Illinois; daily local and overnight travel is required.

What you will do

• Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments according to established field inventory processes.
• Coordinate scheduled and received assignments with the Scheduling team.
• Meet insured parties, their points of contact, adjusters, public adjusters, and restoration companies on site.
• Perform property walkthroughs and brief interviews while photographing each room in homes or businesses.
• Independently capture complete total-loss contents inventories.
• Complete reports and administrative duties within 24 hours after inventory capture.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, customer service, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong personal organization.
• Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision and collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to travel to field locations, including daily local and overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for work use.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions and work in adverse post-loss conditions.
