What you will do

• Conduct on-site property walkthroughs and interviews with insured parties and adjusters.
• Capture comprehensive photo documentation and detailed inventory of total loss contents.
• Coordinate with the scheduling team to manage daily assignments and site visits.
• Complete administrative reports and documentation within 24 hours of inventory capture.
• Maintain professional customer relations with policyholders, adjusters, and restoration companies.
• Follow all standard operating and safety procedures during site visits.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to travel within Wisconsin or Illinois.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required for daily local and overnight travel.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without direct onsite supervision.
