Product Marketing Manager (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Life & Composite insurance solutions.
• Turn market research, competitive intelligence, and product capabilities into launch programs and go-to-market content.
• Create sales decks, web and digital content, battlecards, case studies, blogs, thought leadership, speeches, social content, PR materials, infographics, and demo stories.
• Enable sales and customer-facing teams through messaging, training, objection handling, competitive guidance, and buyer-focused materials.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, customer success, and analyst relations teams on launches, feature releases, and market visibility.
• Track activation and pipeline-generation performance and use insights to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in product management, product marketing, solutions marketing, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, analyst relations, or a related role.
• Strong experience positioning Life and Composite insurance products is required.
• Experience marketing insurance, SaaS, enterprise software, cloud platforms, AI-enabled products, data and analytics solutions, or other technology products.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into outcome-focused messages for business and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience creating positioning, messaging, launch plans, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing content.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, stakeholder management, digital marketing, and analytics skills, with the ability to work across time zones and geographies.

Nice to have

• Experience with insurance technology, agentic AI, policy administration systems, BPS, or platform modernization.
• Experience positioning products for analyst firms such as Gartner, Datos, or Everest.
• Speech writing and delivery experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, Power BI, Amazon Quick, Claude, Copilot, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
