Product Marketing Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; other US locations may be considered.

Base compensation: $170,000–$240,000 in San Francisco and New York City; $144,000–$215,000 in other US locations, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own product marketing for WRITER Agent and key features of the core app, including positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and competitive differentiation.
• Partner with product, demand generation, content, communications, and customer marketing teams on product and feature launches.
• Translate product investments into sales-ready narratives and create pitch materials, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides.
• Drive product and feature adoption through user communications and programs.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market research across point solutions and broader AI platforms.
• Maintain consistent product messaging across the buyer journey with cross-functional marketing partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product marketing experience, or 3+ years of product marketing experience plus 5+ years in sales enablement, customer success, customer education, product management, or a related field.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• AI-native mindset and proven experience using agentic AI to automate go-to-market workflows.
• Track record of bringing complex products to market with clear positioning for technical and business audiences.
• Strong sales enablement skills and experience creating assets used by sales teams.
• Cross-functional experience with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, plus excellent written communication.
