SAP Data Readiness and Governance Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Remote within the United States; based in or connected to the Alpharetta, Georgia location. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end SAP data workstream, including strategy, roadmap, milestones, and delivery planning.
• Direct Brownfield SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration and data readiness activities.
• Oversee data extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and post-conversion validation.
• Validate SAP master data, transactional data, open items, balances, assets, and historical data.
• Coordinate mock conversions, dress rehearsals, cutover planning, production migration, and post-go-live reconciliation.
• Facilitate workshops and provide executive-level reporting on data quality, readiness, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise data management, migration, validation, or governance experience.
• 5+ years of SAP implementation or transformation experience, including SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield migrations.
• Strong experience with SAP master data, transactional data, reconciliation, data quality, governance, and cutover methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, risk management, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, Information Steward, Data Transition Validation, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of master data management, data archiving, retention, and enterprise data governance.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, government, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
