What you will do

• Manage the branch’s sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and refer customers to appropriate bank partners.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers, deepen existing relationships, and maintain a consistent business development and calling program.
• Coach colleagues on products, services, technology, policies, processes, and customer issue resolution.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, branch resources, operational security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer and business lending, deposit products, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and colleague development.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
