Location: On-site in San Francisco, with Wednesdays working from home

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across the company, from sourcing and initial screens through interviews, offers, and closing.
• Scale the go-to-market organization across Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery.
• Build a proactive, zero-to-one sourcing engine and develop strong candidate pipelines.
• Run initial screens and apply consistent talent judgment to improve hiring-manager efficiency.
• Implement appropriate ATS structure and communication processes without over-engineering.
• Partner with hiring managers on role profiles, calibration, funnel performance, and candidate closing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Strong experience recruiting GTM and business roles, particularly Sales.
• Proven ability to proactively identify and engage strong candidates rather than relying primarily on inbound applications.
• Strong communication, organization, autonomy, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, work with speed and ambiguity, and maintain candidate and process quality.
• Motivation to build a recruiting function and company from the ground up.
