Process Engineer (Logistics)

What you will do

• Analyse operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce waste, improve service levels, and lower costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and related methodologies.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, time studies, workflow analyses, and capacity planning assessments.
• Lead and support operational excellence, automation, business expansion, and system implementation projects.
• Create SOPs, train employees and managers, and coordinate process changes with Operations, Planning, Quality, HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in process engineering, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Experience mapping processes and implementing operational improvements.
• Ability to support compliance with company standards, health and safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of WMS, ERP, LMS, or operational management systems.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other business intelligence tools.
