What you will do

• Lead key manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement in process and product development.
• Define and manage process improvement projects aligned with company goals.
• Improve cycle times, yield performance, and cost targets across products and manufacturing processes.
• Mentor colleagues and lead structured process validation and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, and engineering teams to diagnose process issues, manage risks, and implement improvements.
• Apply engineering science to develop new manufacturing solutions across multiple processes.

Requirements

• Degree-level education in manufacturing or an engineering-related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience working in a manufacturing facility.
• Results-focused, improvement-driven, and systematic approach to tasks and communication.
• Strong team facilitation and project management abilities.
• Experience leading or mentoring less experienced colleagues.
• Knowledge of microelectronic processing or power module assembly is advantageous.
