What you will do
- Manage equipment efficiency and performance across the process or production line.
- Monitor process KPIs and analyze production losses.
- Take prompt action to resolve process problems affecting safety, product quality, and machine efficiency.
- Coordinate activities across the production line and manage working-site operations.
- Ensure workplace safety and participate in factory WCM activities, including pillar initiatives and progress.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in production.
- Strong background in WCM analysis and tools.
- Analytical expertise in process-parameter measurement and improvement techniques.
- Experience in quality, production processes, maintenance, or WCM is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, Power BI, or AGV system operation and maintenance.
