Product Manager, File (Enterprise Storage)

Location: Onsite at the Santa Clara, California office

Salary: $149,000–$224,000 USD annual base salary, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Define and execute global business and go-to-market strategy for FlashArray File.
• Launch go-to-market programs, sales plays, and competitive positioning to grow pipeline and competitive win rates.
• Analyze win/loss patterns and create battle cards and messaging frameworks for field sales teams.
• Develop market narratives and present briefings to industry analysts, partners, and executive stakeholders.
• Translate complex storage architecture into executive narratives, sales campaigns, and customer-facing positioning.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise file and NAS storage markets, including NFS and SMB protocols.
• Experience leading product launches, competitive positioning, analyst relations, and sales enablement in enterprise IT or data infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate complex technical architecture through clear, value-driven business narratives.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering without direct authority.
• Work from the Santa Clara, California office in accordance with workplace policies.
