Principal Product Manager Ransomware Resilience

Location: San Jose, California, United States; hybrid working environment with in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: $227,800–$338,800 annual OTE, including base salary and potential commission.

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for ransomware resilience and data protection offerings.
• Work with top customers to understand their needs and translate them into product capabilities.
• Drive roadmap planning and execution to meet customer and market demands.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, storage, cloud, and other cross-functional teams on product development, launches, and go-to-market strategies.
• Build simple, usable products for customers and buyer personas.
• Align product strategy with senior leadership and broader business objectives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience.
• Strong leadership, ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience delivering revenue-driven product launches.
• Ability to understand customer problems and develop capabilities that address them.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and market insights.
• Deep understanding of the ransomware and data protection market.
