Principal Product Manager (Cloud): Define and scale the go-to-market strategy for a first-party cloud storage offering delivered through a leading public cloud platform, with an accent on enterprise workloads, customer value, and cloud-partner execution. Focus on shaping positioning and packaging, building repeatable sales motions, enabling field teams, and translating customer and market evidence into roadmap and adoption decisions.
Location: Hybrid role based in San Jose, Boulder, Waltham, Wichita, Morrisville, or Cranberry Township, United States. Most roles include some level of in-office or in-person expectations.
Salary: $227,800β$338,800 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy from launch through scaled adoption.
- Identify target customer segments, workloads, use cases, buying motions, launch priorities, and success metrics.
- Translate complex cloud-storage capabilities into customer-value narratives, workload solutions, sales plays, and customer-facing materials.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, customer-success, solution-architecture, and cloud-provider teams to align roadmaps, packaging, pricing, and field execution.
- Engage enterprise customers, strategic accounts, executives, and early adopters to support evaluations, deployments, expansions, and reference programs.
- Use customer, competitive, usage, and market evidence to influence product strategy, roadmap priorities, adoption, pipeline, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, go-to-market, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or a related field.
- Experience launching and scaling enterprise technology products or cloud services.
- Strong understanding of public-cloud platforms, cloud-consumption models, enterprise infrastructure, and partner-led go-to-market motions.
- Experience collaborating with sales, engineering, product marketing, solution architecture, finance, and customer-success organizations.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value, repeatable sales motions, and measurable business outcomes.
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science or Engineering, plus strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with databases, VMware, enterprise applications, engineering workloads, AI, analytics, enterprise file services, or hybrid-cloud operations.
- Experience working with strategic customers, cloud providers, senior executives, and technical decision-makers.
