Senior Product Manager (AI Storage)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Jose, California; Boulder, Colorado; Wichita, Kansas; or Morrisville, North Carolina, United States. Travel of 10%–25% is required.

Target salary range: $196,350–$292,600 USD annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for enterprise and AI storage infrastructure solutions.
• Own the complete product lifecycle, from concept and roadmap development through launch and market adoption.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, marketing, and sales to deliver differentiated products.
• Shape pricing, packaging, commercial models, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Build strategic relationships with technology providers, software vendors, system integrators, OEMs, and channel partners.
• Represent hirify.global in customer engagements, conferences, analyst briefings, and partner meetings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise infrastructure, storage, data management, or related technology markets.
• Demonstrated success bringing enterprise storage products from concept to market.
• Experience with product strategy, roadmaps, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
• Strong understanding of enterprise storage systems, block, file, and object storage, data management platforms, and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships, identify business opportunities, and influence technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Knowledge of HPC storage architectures.
