hirify.global operates an Asset Management Technology organization supporting transmission lines and substation assets across a three-state region.

What you will do

• Develop and revise documents and procedures supporting Asset Management Technology processes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, and Operations personnel to apply consistent asset management processes.
• Perform internal self-assessments to maintain accurate baselined asset information.
• Update asset management databases supporting reliability and capital program initiatives.
• Develop reports, prepare presentations, and write procedures as needed.

Requirements

• Working toward a bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; electrical engineering is preferred.
• Strong written, oral, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.
• Strong process-improvement background and a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to create or manage Microsoft Access and Excel databases and associated user interfaces using Visual Basic, SQL, or similar programming skills is highly desirable.
