What you will do

• Review wind leases and easements and document deviations on the master tracker.
• Support the implementation of land management tools through data entry, quality checks, and process documentation.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of landowner information.
• Ensure data integrity across development asset records.
• Assist Wind Developers with various project development tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Geography, Urban Planning, Environmental Studies, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Louisville, CO.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and communicate findings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic data modeling.
• High attention to detail when working with master data and land records.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Basic understanding of GIS and GIS processes.
