Senior Analyst, Protective Services (Protective Intelligence)

Salary: $91,800–$135,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Lead complex investigations into threats, concerning behavior, insider risks, and online communications from intake through disposition.
• Conduct behavioral threat assessments using structured professional judgment methods, including WAVR-21 and comparable frameworks.
• Evaluate AI-enabled threat detection outputs, review data schemas and query results, identify coverage gaps, and guide improvements to detection logic and case routing.
• Produce executive intelligence reports, travel risk assessments, event security briefings, geopolitical updates, and strategic intelligence for senior leadership.
• Partner with Executive Protection and Physical Security on travel, residential security, event planning, and site security assessments.
• Mentor junior analysts and improve investigative methods, reporting standards, collection practices, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in protective intelligence, intelligence analysis, investigations, executive protection intelligence, corporate security, government or military intelligence, law enforcement intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical judgment, credibility assessment, risk classification, and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to understand structured data, read query outputs, interpret data schemas, and evaluate detection logic; Snowflake or SQL experience is a plus.
• Extensive experience with complex investigations, OSINT research, intelligence platforms, social media investigations, monitoring tools, or analytical workflows.
• Experience with structured behavioral threat assessment methodologies and handling highly sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Nice to have

• Formal training in WAVR-21, CTM, TRAP-18, or comparable threat assessment frameworks.
• Experience with link analysis, SOCMINT platforms, automated monitoring, forensic-grade case documentation, Snowflake, or SQL.
• Advanced degree or professional certification in intelligence analysis, security management, or a related discipline.
