Commercial Manager (Cost Management)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; based in the Dallas office with travel to the site one day per week

What you will do

• Participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by preparing valuations and cost reports.
• Communicate cost variations clearly to project stakeholders.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss-and-expense claims.
• Maintain clear cost documentation and timely communication to support project decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Dallas office and travel to the site one day per week.
• Availability for occasional short business travel to meet clients, partners, and colleagues.
