Analyst, Talent Acquisition Sourcing (Fintech)

Location: US - San Francisco, CA; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office. The role requires travel, stated in different sections as 5–10% and up to 30% of the time.

Salary: $104,900–$163,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with core universities, career centers, student organizations, faculty, staff, and hirify.global leaders.
• Design and deliver campus, virtual, and hybrid recruiting events that attract early-careers talent.
• Manage event expenses, return on investment, leads, hires, volunteers, and event logistics.
• Build long-term early-careers talent pipelines and diverse candidate networks.
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, 12Twenty, Handshake, RippleMatch, and other talent platforms.
• Partner with campus recruiters, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Inclusion and Diversity, Employee Resource Groups, Recruitment Marketing, and hiring teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor's or advanced degree.
• Experience in talent attraction, recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience is preferred.
• Experience with proactive sourcing, Boolean search strings, social media sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and candidate relationship management tools.
• Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, problem-solving, planning, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in the hybrid San Francisco office environment and travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SmartRecruiters, Workday, Avature, or other ATS and CRM tools.
• Experience working with college students and recruiting early-careers talent at universities with strong computer science programs.
• Prior sourcing experience in the fintech industry.
• Experience producing virtual or hybrid recruiting events.
