Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: Onsite in New York City at the SoHo office

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Source and screen candidates and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the recruiting process.
• Schedule interviews at every stage and provide timely candidate updates.
• Maintain an organized recruiting process and administer Greenhouse.
• Lead open searches and partner with hiring managers on search setup and recruiting needs.
• Work with the People Team on headcount planning, onboarding, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a fintech or technology startup environment.
• 1–2 years of experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools such as Juicebox AI, Granola, or Claude.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
