Front Load Section Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Clarksville, Tennessee, United States; international travel is required for training.

What you will do

• Train operators on production equipment and processes.
• Assist operators with diagnosing mechanical problems and determining corrective actions.
• Identify operator training and development needs through observation and regular discussions.
• Support managers in reviewing operator performance and updating training manuals.
• Inspect production visually for defects and monitor products for quality issues.
• Achieve daily performance targets, perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance, and safely deliver materials to required machines.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• More than 3–7 years of production experience.
• Experience mentoring or coaching operators.
• Strong understanding of complex equipment production, system integration, manufacturing methods, and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, evaluation, written communication, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally for training and work onsite in Clarksville, Tennessee.
