Quality Team Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Friday to Sunday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. night shift.

What you will do

• Perform Quality Control Technician tasks and support technicians and inspectors with daily quality processes.
• Review and approve first shots during technician qualification and assist with test run evaluations.
• Coordinate containment activities, process audits, and completion of process documentation.
• Monitor the inspection laboratory and report opportunities for process improvement.
• Support team member training and scheduling as needed.

Requirements

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school, three to six months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and understand detailed part prints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to use MicroVu and other inspection equipment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
