What you will do

• Guide and support the production team in the automotive value stream.
• Set clear goals and deadlines while keeping production running smoothly and at capacity.
• Monitor team performance and daily production metrics.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ensure finished products meet safety and quality standards.
• Train new team members and collaborate across departments to communicate safety, quality, and production information.

Requirements

• One to three years of production experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid hand tool knowledge.
• Basic math skills, including weights and measurements.
• Ability to adapt quickly, communicate issues clearly, and maintain attention to detail.
• Commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
