Assembly Lead - 1st Shift (7:00am to 5:00pm) (Manufacturing)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; onsite, 1st shift from 7:00am to 5:00pm

Salary: $20+/hour, plus shift-based incentives

What you will do

• Oversee kit inspection, assembly operations, operator quality performance, and rework procedures.
• Guide assigned team members and adjust work assignments for incoming expedited orders.
• Ensure compliance with SPI standards, documented processes, company guidelines, and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve safety, quality, and production issues while communicating concerns to assembly and quality leadership.
• Conduct training for operators, new leads, and lead substitutes using SPI documentation.
• Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and working conditions; manage time entries and weekly payroll timecards.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
