Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Fairport, NY, United States; onsite C-shift role from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM

Salary: $73,100–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, production schedules, and quality specifications.
• Manage, train, and motivate production workers while maintaining clear communication with management.
• Monitor quality and safety processes, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify efficiency improvements, reduce waste, and lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events.
• Track raw materials and finished goods and coordinate with procurement to maintain material availability.
• Maintain production records, report results to the Plant Manager, and resolve production issues to minimize disruptions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work the C shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM in the Fairport manufacturing plant.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
