Performance Measurement Team Leader (Investment Services)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office. Parents of a child up to 4 years old may work 2 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of performance measurement services for investment funds and client portfolios.
• Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and client service in investment performance reporting.
• Provide subject matter expertise in performance measurement, attribution methodologies, benchmarks, and investment reporting.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Analyze large financial and performance datasets, including reconciliations, issue resolution, and data quality reviews.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, system implementations, and business transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in Performance Measurement, Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, or a related investment servicing function.
• Strong knowledge of performance measurement, attribution, benchmarks, investment products, fund structures, capital markets, and asset management.
• Excellent numerical, mathematical, and analytical skills, with experience interpreting complex financial data and identifying trends, exceptions, and root causes.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets, reconciliations, and data quality reviews.
• Understanding of operational processes across Performance Measurement, Fund Accounting, Investment Accounting, and client reporting.
• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• CFA, CIPM, or another relevant professional qualification.
• Knowledge of traditional, derivative, and alternative investment instruments.
