Finance Data Analyst

Location: Montreal, Bangalore, or Warsaw

hirify.global is a quantitative investment manager with a finance function supporting forecasting, reporting, and invoice processing across the business.

What you will do

• Review actual ledger postings against contract data, identify financial attribution misalignments, and ensure contracts are correctly tagged across relevant dimensions.
• Compare contract run rates with contracted values, investigate variances with business owners, and revise contract values when necessary.
• Review inactive contracts to determine whether they should remain active and improve forecast reliability.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to improve contract-data recording for more granular and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with external partners to complete monthly leasehold improvement trackers accurately.
• Load leasehold improvement data into the FP&A forecasting platform monthly, reconcile it, and make it available for stakeholder reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a finance, FP&A, or financial control role, with a solid understanding of how financial data flows between systems and supports reporting and forecasting.
• Experience reconciling financial data across systems, identifying root causes of misalignments, and working with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the business.

• An independent mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes and propose improvements.
• A well-structured, proactive work ethic, with the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with LLM tools in either a professional or personal context.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with a CRM or contract management system.
• Experience using a financial planning or EPM tool.
• Experience with data visualisation, including graphs and dashboards.
