Financial Data Analyst

Location: Montreal, Bangalore, or Warsaw

hirify.global is a quantitative investment manager with a finance function supporting forecasting, reporting, and invoice processing across the business.

What you will do

• Review ledger postings against contract data and resolve financial attribution misalignments.
• Compare contract run rates with contracted values, investigate variances with business owners, and update contract values where needed.
• Review inactive contracts and determine whether they should remain active to improve data quality and forecast reliability.
• Collaborate with Technology to improve contract data recording and enable more granular reporting.
• Coordinate with external partners to maintain accurate monthly leasehold improvement trackers.
• Load leasehold improvement data into the FP&A forecasting platform and reconcile it for stakeholder reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or financial control.
• Understanding of how financial data flows between systems and supports reporting and forecasting.
• Experience reconciling financial data, identifying root causes of misalignments, and resolving issues with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with LLM tools and openness to improving technology-enabled processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or contract management systems.
• Experience with financial planning or EPM tools.
• Experience creating graphs, dashboards, or other data visualizations.
