Finance Systems Manager (AutoRek/FIS TMS)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid work with 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Lead, develop, mentor, and recruit members of the Finance Systems team, including systems specialists and analysts.
• Own the administration, roadmap, configuration, reconciliation design, exception management, and optimisation of the AutoRek platform.
• Support the administration and development of FIS Integrity TMS and other finance platforms.
• Oversee day-to-day finance systems operations, maintain SLAs and availability, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain financial controls, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across critical systems.
• Manage vendors and coordinate resources, timelines, and technical workstreams for system implementations and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on financial systems experience, including at least 3 years leading teams.
• Strong SQL, system integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and reconciliation skills.
• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, and supporting AutoRek in a complex finance environment.
• Experience managing implementation timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Operational knowledge of finance processes and a university degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work from Kraków with 3 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

• Experience designing, implementing, or upgrading finance systems.
• Experience in fintech, investment management, or trading environments, including knowledge of trade lifecycle and settlement processes.
• Experience with AutoRek, FIS Integrity TMS, or iRecs.
