What you will do

• Perform month-end closing activities and ensure reliable financial reporting.
• Provide qualitative variance analysis to production teams and plant leadership.
• Prepare financial objectives, budgets, and strategic plans with high forecast accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial processes, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Support loss analysis, plant optimization analytics, and working capital saving initiatives.
• Coordinate year-end stock counts, WIP valuation, and manage plant waste reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis and factory accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid knowledge of financial systems, with SAP preferred.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different levels of management.
