Senior Program Manager – Security and Performance

Location: Boston, MA, United States

Base compensation: $147,000–$185,000 USD annually, plus a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

What you will do

• Execute strategic programs that integrate security and performance priorities across the product portfolio.
• Translate program strategy into execution plans across multiple teams and concurrent projects.
• Coordinate dependencies and delivery with program managers across cloud, database, interoperability, HealthShare, and AI-enabled systems.
• Orchestrate work across product, engineering, architecture, compliance, and operations.
• Manage senior stakeholders, communicate risks and decisions, and run structured program reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies while improving execution and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong planning, scheduling, dependency management, risk management, and KPI management skills.
• Experience in cloud, healthcare, or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority and communicate with technical and business audiences.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated outputs and implementing AI-augmented workflows to improve productivity.
