Location: Houston, TX, USA; 50% travel to customer sites, manufacturing facilities, construction locations, and partner meetings is required.

What you will do
- Lead customer- and partner-facing delivery of modular, prefabricated, containerized, edge, and conventional data center programs from solution definition through commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate engineering, construction, manufacturing, supply chain, field services, operations, contractors, OEMs, utilities, commissioning providers, and technology partners.
- Manage integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, procurement, factory acceptance testing, logistics, construction, commissioning, turnover, and customer acceptance.
- Coordinate technical decisions across electrical, mechanical, cooling, controls, civil, structural, fire and life safety, physical security, network, and IT infrastructure.
- Oversee site readiness, construction and fit-out activities, installation sequencing, quality and safety reviews, corrective actions, integrated systems testing, punch-list closure, and final documentation.
- Maintain RAID logs, decision registers, critical-path schedules, executive reporting, budgets, forecasts, change control, contractual requirements, and deployment-risk reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, information technology, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, project delivery, engineering, construction, commissioning, or data center delivery.
- Experience delivering critical infrastructure projects in colocation, hyperscale, enterprise, edge or modular data centers, telecommunications, industrial power, or other mission-critical facilities.
- Working knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including power distribution, backup power, cooling, controls, monitoring, and white-space fit-out.
- Experience coordinating general contractors, subcontractors, OEMs, equipment suppliers, commissioning providers, and customer technical teams.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, manage project controls and risks, and communicate complex technical tradeoffs to executive stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with prefabricated, containerized, modular, or skid-based data center systems.
- Experience with high-density AI/HPC deployments, liquid cooling, CDUs, high-voltage power distribution, and accelerated-computing infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier concepts, ANSI/TIA-942, NFPA, ASHRAE, NEC, and local building and electrical codes.
- Knowledge of BMS, DCIM, EPMS, SCADA, remote monitoring, facilities-management integrations, and program-management tools.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, LEED, CDCDP, DCDC, or comparable certification.
