Presales Representative Lead, Solutions Specialist (D1C) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support sales teams throughout the presales cycle for Digital One Commercial opportunities.
• Engage banks and financial institutions to understand commercial banking, cash management, treasury, and payments requirements.
• Present and position Digital One Commercial for business online and mobile banking, payments initiation and approvals, and reporting.
• Prepare Rhirify.global, RFPs, and client presentations tailored to business and operational stakeholders.
• Share market, industry, customer, and competitive insights with sales and product teams.
• Develop presales enablement materials and deliver internal knowledge-sharing and training sessions.

Requirements

• Experience in presales, solution consulting, or client-facing advisory roles within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking or cash management workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions in clear, business-focused language.
• Comfort working with sales, product, client, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
