Sr. Salesforce Project Manager (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer interface and manage relationships with contracting officers, representatives, executives, and other stakeholders.
• Lead enterprise Salesforce project and program governance, delivery planning, status reporting, documentation, invoicing, and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate developer, integration, user acceptance, and security testing through governance approval.
• Oversee data migration planning, data quality, dependencies, risks, mitigation plans, and project schedules.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances, resource allocation, and corrective actions.
• Manage multiple projects and remote delivery teams, including offshore resources, while mentoring teams and supporting Salesforce practice development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise-level project or program management and governance experience.
• 5+ years managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Experience leading delivery with Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and iterative methodologies.
• Required certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• US citizenship and the ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation are required.

Nice to have

• Health and Human Services project management experience.
• JIRA experience.
• Salesforce Certified System Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Consultant, or other Salesforce consultant certifications.
• Experience with state and local government, social services agencies, remote teams, and client management.
