What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer Contracting Officers (CO), CORs, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee all project testing phases, including Developer, System Integration (SIT), User Acceptance (UAT), and Security testing.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to maintain fiscal control.
• Lead structured risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Coordinate and manage remote delivery teams, including offshore resources.
• Develop and maintain all project documentation, including plans, architecture, workflows, and SOPs.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust background investigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Enterprise-level Project/Program Management and Governance.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Required Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience leading project delivery using Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Health and Human Services project management.
• Salesforce certifications (System Administrator, Service Cloud, Community, Sales, or Marketing).
• Experience with JIRA.
• Experience working with state and local government or social services agencies.
