Reverse Logistics Coordinator

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands. A valid work permit or visa for the country where the employee will be located and working is required.

What you will do

• Coordinate customer return shipments, return instructions, shipping documents, freight pickups, transit tracking, and delivery follow-up.
• Process faulty equipment received into the warehouse, maintain spare and decommissioned equipment inventory, and support scrapping activities.
• Perform loading, unloading, picking, packing, stock counts, and forklift operations as required.
• Provide first-line customer support, perform entry-level troubleshooting and basic testing, and escalate complex technical issues.
• Prepare outbound repair shipments, update repair procedures and work instructions, and maintain accurate records in SAP, Pulse, and internal systems.
• Generate RMA reports and collaborate with OEMs, vendors, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and the RMA Team Lead on warranty claims and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in repair management or handling faulty equipment.
• Knowledge of reverse logistics, warehousing, purchasing, and supply chain operations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, collaborate effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.
• Valid work permit or visa for the Netherlands is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ERP and familiarity with Pulse or similar workflow systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• LEAN mindset and continuous improvement experience.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
