Reverse Logistics Returns Specialist

Location: Onsite at the Santa Clara, California headquarters

Annual base salary: $102,000–$153,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Own the Pick-Up Request process from customer return request through tracking, resolution, and accurate transaction recording.
• Synchronize return data across SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
• Resolve incorrect shipments, missing parts, and customer questions with logistics partners, carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Analyze return trends and root causes to improve processes, reduce cycle time, and minimize errors.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure return handling follows company policy and shipping regulations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and the contract manufacturer’s operations.

Requirements

• Experience in reverse logistics, order administration, or sales operations.
• Working fluency with ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple return workflows in a fast-paced environment and adjust priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and judgment about when to resolve or escalate issues.
• Clear, professional communication with internal teams, carriers, and external vendors.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara headquarters in an in-office environment, except during approved leave, PTO, or work travel.
