Salary: $204,256–$306,380 per year

What you will do

• Advise the Chief Development Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and enterprise finance leaders on philanthropic revenue and transformational giving strategies.
• Structure complex gift agreements and evaluate assets such as closely held businesses, real estate, retirement assets, stock, and other non-cash vehicles.
• Translate net present value modeling and financial assumptions into actionable recommendations.
• Lead philanthropic revenue forecasting and establish long-term goals across gifts, pledges, endowments, and complex giving vehicles.
• Oversee Gift Processing and partner with Development Finance on reporting, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Set strategic direction and lead senior teams through a matrixed organizational structure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit finance, healthcare finance, or philanthropic financial administration.
• Experience advising senior executives and influencing enterprise-level decision-making.
• Experience structuring complex transformational gifts and developing forecasts and long-range financial plans.
• Experience leading senior leaders and multilayered teams in a matrixed organization.
• Visa sponsorship and transfer are not available; the position does not participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of CASE standards, IRS charitable-giving regulations, fund accounting, and healthcare or academic philanthropy governance.
• Experience with donor databases, CRM platforms, accounting software, project management, and process improvement.
