FP&A Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, monthly reporting, and long-range planning across business functions.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue and expense analysis.
• Perform monthly variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and actionable insights.
• Prepare recurring management reports, dashboards, and presentations for finance leaders and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Facilities, Operations, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities with accounting and business teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial planning processes, and business performance metrics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, business acumen, and continuous improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Intacct and NetSuite.
• Experience with planning tools such as Adaptive Insights.
