Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $163,000 – $203,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Run tenant improvement and facilities projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and on-site contractors.
• Coordinate general contractors, architects, and vendors across concurrent buildouts.
• Track project budgets and schedules, flagging potential slips early.
• Manage permitting, inspections, and AHJ sign-offs to ensure timely openings.
• Own project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.

Requirements

• Proven experience running tenant improvement or facilities construction projects end to end.
• Strong track record of managing general contractors and vendors to scope and schedule.
• Experience handling permitting, inspections, and AHJ sign-offs.
• Ability to maintain organized project documentation, RFIs, and submittals.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work on-site in Austin, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center, mission-critical, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with multi-site or multi-state buildouts.
• Proficiency in program controls or PMO tooling such as P6 or Procore.
