What you will do
- Analyse warehouse quality performance across JoyBuy UK operations and identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
- Work with warehouse managers and on-site teams to improve processes, operational efficiency, and quality standards.
- Collect, interpret, and implement company requirements, policies, and performance metrics.
- Communicate operational updates and quality standards to warehouse teams and frontline staff.
- Conduct on-site inspections, monitor compliance, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Track and report improvement initiatives and outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, quality improvement, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Comfortable using operational systems, Excel, warehouse management systems, and reporting tools.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, required.
- Hands-on and proactive approach suited to a fast-paced, on-site operational environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in warehouse quality control, process improvement, or continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience with warehouse management systems, performance tracking metrics, audits, inspections, or operational reviews.
