Shift Manager (Ecommerce Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage the full UK warehouse site, including goods receipt scheduling and processing volumes.
• Build, recruit, and manage an efficient warehouse team, flexing staffing with resource suppliers to meet seasonal demand.
• Own site budgeting and P&L responsibilities while controlling costs and supporting commercial objectives.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
• Source and negotiate with consumable suppliers.
• Set SLAs, track KPIs, and coordinate forecasted volumes and shipping priorities with Merchandise Planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management, including full-site P&L responsibility.
• Proven leadership experience recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, logistics software, and warehouse best practices.
• Background in Lean Six Sigma methods, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Fluent English required.
