Manufacturing and Logistics Technician

What you will do

• Support goods-in and goods-out operations, material movements, location transfers, inventory counts, and stock control.
• Prepare, dispense, package, label, and dispatch finished products for customer distribution.
• Replenish chemicals, raw materials, and consumables for active manufacturing lines and coordinate shipments with Production Planning.
• Perform basic analytical testing and quality verification of materials before production or release.
• Follow H&S, COSHH, SOP, and record-keeping requirements while cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining material-handling equipment and storage areas.
• Participate in continuous-improvement projects and optimize material-handling procedures.

Requirements

• Entry-level applicants are welcome; previous experience in manufacturing warehouses, stockrooms, or material handling is advantageous but not required.
• GCSEs minimum; A-Levels or equivalent are advantageous.
• Ability to use basic inventory-control systems; SAP or Oracle knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work onsite in Church Stretton, UK.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safe handling of chemicals and other materials.
• Ability to perform manual-handling duties and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
