Team Leader - Order Fulfilment

Location: On-site in Blyth, Worksop, UK; full-time shift-based role working a rolling average of 41 hours per week, including days from 7am to 7pm and some weekends.

What you will do

• Own the timely fulfilment of high-quality customer orders while maintaining service and quality standards.
• Lead and engage the fulfilment team to achieve operational metrics including packing accuracy, packing rates, and quality.
• Drive team performance, engagement, continuous improvement, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Plan daily activities and brief the team to meet customer demand efficiently.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Technical, Production, Warehousing, contractors, and suppliers to maintain a safe and collaborative operation.

Requirements

• Experience as a team manager or leader in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment, ideally within FMCG.
• Experience in manufacturing or production leadership is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience leading process and system improvements that support operational performance and cost efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to develop others, provide day-to-day support, and build team engagement.
• Right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
