EMEA Omni Brand Operations Coordinator

Location: Hybrid role based in the London Office, London, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Manage franchise, retail, and concession orders across EMEA from placement through delivery and store receipt.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and issue resolution for franchise partners, retail stores, and concession teams.
• Coordinate with European and UK 3PLs, Logistics, and Retail teams to maintain smooth product flow and on-time deliveries.
• Support new store openings, seasonal launches, international outbound shipments, export paperwork, returns, claims, and stock discrepancy resolution.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Accounts Receivable to resolve payment discrepancies, compliance charges, credits, and account issues.
• Maintain operational data, reporting, SOPs, and process documentation while supporting systems testing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, or Order Management, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
• Experience supporting franchise partners, retail stores, concessions, or multi-channel distribution networks across EMEA.
• Strong understanding of outbound operations, order management, customer service, logistics, inventory flow, and retail fulfilment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and operational reporting, with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organisation, communication, prioritisation, independent working, and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with EDI platforms and EDI transactions.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer goods operations.
