Commercial Lines Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide customer service to policyholders and prospects by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and explaining coverage.
• Process coverage changes, billing, invoices, applications, quotations, policies, endorsements, binders, and certificates.
• Review accounts for additional coverage needs and support new business and client retention.
• Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, proposals, and account review materials.
• Maintain accurate electronic files, client activity records, policy data, cancellations, and payment follow-up.
• Support producers and collaborate with clients, carriers, coworkers, and other business contacts.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience; 5 or more years preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Applied Epic is strongly preferred.
• Comfort with on-site work to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
