Internal Account Manager (Floorplan)

What you will do

• Prospect, onboard, and build relationships with new auto dealerships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership partners and support day-to-day account needs.
• Review and reconcile third-party floorplan inventory audit reports.
• Monitor account standings and follow up to ensure dealership payments are submitted on time.
• Educate partners on floorplan services and coordinate with the floorplan operations team.
• Assess portfolio risks and make operational decisions that minimize financial exposure.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, collections, or operations.
• Experience with CRM platforms and portfolio management tools.
• Clear, professional, and assertive phone and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct firm collection calls while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Strong organization, time management, critical thinking, and risk assessment skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive finance, floorplanning, or dealership operations.
• Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish.
