Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (TSE)

What you will do

• Own company-wide technical programs from project charter and roadmap through design, engineering execution, delivery, monitoring, and adoption.
• Define product, service, business, and technical requirements for shared platforms, web services, APIs, and underlying data.
• Lead multiple large-scale, complex programs across business and engineering organizations.
• Design platform scenarios that simplify services and cloud platforms while improving engineering productivity and efficiency.
• Create and communicate specifications spanning multiple feature teams and supporting a durable multi-year vision.
• Drive data strategy, data quality improvements, customer feedback systems, ecosystem design, and cultural change management.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of engineering program management experience involving feature teams and large-scale or complex technical initiatives.
• At least 5 years of experience with platforms, web design, APIs, and systems used by internal and external teams.
• Strong technical, business, analytical, design, problem-solving, and program management capabilities.
• Excellent cross-group collaboration and verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work in Seoul, South Korea, and complete the required onsite or virtual onsite interview process.

Nice to have

• Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
