Senior Program Manager (Advanced Power System)

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team of approximately 20 engineers across analog, digital, test, verification, applications, and related disciplines.
• Manage the development and execution of automotive IC projects from system-level definition through production release.
• Track project progress, gate approvals, schedules, production start, and release commitments.
• Manage project risks using FMEA and maturity metrics while controlling configuration, scope, and change management.
• Align with program leadership, marketing, product management, customers, and suppliers to meet product and customer expectations.
• Escalate issues, advise senior management on roadmap execution, and drive improvements to project and quality processes.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in electrical engineering, science, or an equivalent field.
• Approximately 10+ years of experience directing IC projects in semiconductor or electronics environments.
• Knowledge of analog mixed-signal technology and automotive IC development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and working with customers and stakeholders in an international environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, autonomy, teamwork, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• PMI training or certification.
• Knowledge of automotive IC development standards, including functional safety.
