Senior Program Manager - Advanced Power System (Automotive IC)

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team of approximately 20 people across analog, digital, test, verification, and application disciplines.
• Manage automotive IC development from system-level definition through production release.
• Execute project management activities, track progress and gate approvals, and ensure timely delivery against production schedules.
• Manage project risks using FMEA and maturity metrics while controlling configuration, scope, and changes.
• Coordinate with program leadership, marketing, product management, customers, suppliers, and senior management.
• Improve project processes, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with quality policies and product guidelines.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Science, or an equivalent field.
• Approximately 10+ years of experience directing IC projects in semiconductor or electronics environments.
• Knowledge of analog mixed-signal technology and automotive IC development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and advising senior management.
• Strong customer focus, communication, teamwork, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• PMI-related training or certification.
• Knowledge of automotive IC development standards, including functional safety.
