Senior Technical Program Manager (CTV)

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch learning.
• Translate CTV strategy and customer needs into roadmaps, workstreams, milestones, and dependency plans.
• Coordinate identity, measurement, reporting, and platform initiatives across app, web, and smart TV environments.
• Align Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Data Science and Machine Learning, Finance, Strategy, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Identify risks, surface trade-offs, guide decisions, and maintain clear communication with leaders.
• Use data and feedback to connect launch plans with measurable business and product outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs involving software, cloud, data engineering, infrastructure, finance, or go-to-market teams.
• Strong program-management skills in scoping, planning, milestone and dependency management, risk mitigation, and progress communication.
• Technical depth to understand system architecture, technical design documents, system components, and data flows.
• Ability to manage evolving priorities, multiple workstreams, strategic planning, and hands-on execution.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication for collaboration across global offices.
• 3+ years of technical program management or engineering management experience, 5+ years working with software, cloud, or data engineering teams, and a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience as a TPM, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, Product Manager, engineer, or in a comparable technical leadership role.
• Background in AdTech, advertising platforms, DSP or SSP, measurement, identity, CTV/OTT, streaming, commerce, or large-scale data platforms.
• Experience connecting revenue, cost, customer activation, quality, or reliability outcomes to technical execution.
• Experience working across US and APAC teams or in a globally distributed organization.
